Wines Under the Radar****SOLD OUT****

Karen Williams of ACME FINE WINES is the insider's wine merchant. From
limited production and first release labels to unobtainable, cult wine brands,
Karen has created a niche in the wine world. She introduces you to four hot
and undiscovered wines that she expects to be big winners. Each wine is
accompanied by a “small plate”, prepared by David Katz who teaches wine
and food pairing at the Culinary Institute of America, and is the proprietor of
Panevino Catering. David fills you in on some of the new rules of wine
pairings and the rationale behind his choices.

Private Screening & Dinner at Rubicon Estate****SOLD OUT****
Rutherford -- Tuesday, July 20, 4:00 p.m. -- $300 per person -- 10 guests
Gather in the Coppolas’ private theatre where you enjoy a screening of Francis
Ford Coppola’s latest film, Tetro. Following the screening is an unforgettable
four course candlelit dinner in the intimate Daniel Cellar, part of the original
Niembaum Chateau. Each course is paired with one of the estate wines
including the flagship wine, Rubicon, acclaimed by connoisseur Robert Parker
as well as Wine Spectator. Rubicon winemaker, Scott McLeod, was recently
named Winemaker of the Year by Wine Enthusiast Magazine.


A Thoroughbred Experience: Vines, Wines, and Equines
Yountville -- Friday, August 27, 6:00 p.m. -- $175 per person -- 9 guests
Barry Waitte and Jennifer Nice welcome you to their wine estate, Tamber Bey. The
estate is also home to several world-class Arabian endurance horses that Barry and
Jennifer race anywhere from 50 to 100 miles. After a tour of the English garden and
the stables, where you meet the horses, settle in on the patio of their Provencal style
home. This renaissance couple will tell their stories and serve a dinner prepared by
Jennifer, using the bounty from her garden, while Barry hosts the table and pours the
estate wines.


Spring Mountain Tour
St. Helena -- Sunday, September 12, 3:00 p.m. -- $110 per person -- 20 guests
Caravan to three properties of interest and enjoy award winning Spring Mountain wine
and appetizers at each venue. Joan Crowley acquired antique architectural
elements worldwide and incorporated them into the design of her unique hilltop home.
A passion for collecting and enjoying fine wines led the Steffens family to purchase their
40 acre estate 2000 feet above the valley floor. Enter their property through the cave
and move on to the upper level of their contemporary building to enjoy the estate
Chardonnay and Cabernet. The day concludes with a visit to Betsy and Chris
Peacock who sited their home in a Cabernet vineyard with 360˚ views. Lovers of
travel, nature and the fine arts, they designed the interior to showcase their outstanding
art collection.

Dinner with Margrit Mondavi at her new home****SOLD OUT****
Coombsville -- Friday, October 1, 7:00 p.m. -- $200 per person -- 9 guests
Margrit Mondavi, philanthropist and champion of wine, food and the arts in the Napa
Valley, welcomes you to her new home. Designed by renowned architect, Howard
Backen, the home showcases views from the hilltop setting. After a tour of her outstanding
art collection, join Margrit at her table to enjoy a seasonal menu designed and
prepared by Robert Mondavi Winery Executive Chef, Jeff Mosher. Courses are paired
with Robert Mondavi Reserve Wines.
